We Are PTA
National PTA
National PTA comprises of millions of families, students, teacher, administators and community leaders dedicated to the educational success of students and the promotion of family engagement in schools.
New Jersey PTA
Our purposes are to promote the welfare of children and youth in home, school and community and to raise the standards of home life. To secure adequate laws for their care and protection.
Essex County PTA
We are a group of local PTAs in Essex County that organizes conferences provide leadership training and coordinates joint community efforts. Our council offers support and assistance to our local units providing guidance and information
Local PTA Unit
A group organized as a PTA or PTSA and become a member of the New Jersey PTA and the National PTA by structuring bylaws in accordance with NJPTA and NPTA and by paying the State and National portion of membership dues.
